Connect Zoom to your customer context
Approve the connection
In Cust, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Zoom. A Zoom account admin authorizes the connection. Enable AI Companion meeting summaries in Zoom for the meetings you want to import.
Add Revenue Accelerator
If your team uses Revenue Accelerator, connect with an admin who can view its conversations and approve the optional permissions. You can also use Cust with AI Companion summaries alone.
Keep the account up to date
Cust imports available summary history, then checks for new summaries every 15 minutes. Matched meetings appear on customer timelines once Zoom has generated their summaries.
