Snowflake

Data Warehouse Sync warehouse data into customer records.

Bring customer records, usage metrics, and product events from Snowflake into Cust. Choose the data with SQL, preview the result, and match source identifiers to the right company or contact.

The connection wizard guides an administrator through Snowflake OAuth setup. After authorization, create separate syncs for the records and measurements your team needs, each with its own schedule.

Read the Snowflake setup guide.

What you get

Customer records and metrics

Sync companies, contacts, custom objects, metric snapshots, individual measurements, and product events into Cust.

Preview before importing

Inspect sample rows and match source identifiers to customer records before enabling a sync.

Scheduled refresh

Read all rows or only new and changed rows using a change-tracking timestamp. Review run status, row counts, and errors in Cust.

How it works

1

Connect Snowflake

Open Snowflake in Settings → Integrations. Enter the account, warehouse, database, and schema, then have a Snowflake administrator review the setup SQL and complete authorization.

2

Preview and match rows

Create a sync, choose a destination, and enter your SQL. Preview sample rows, match identifiers, and select the fields or metrics you need.

3

Schedule and verify

Choose the refresh schedule and row-reading mode. Enable the sync, run it, and compare a known source row with the record in Cust.
