Attio

Assistant connector Bring your CRM into the conversation.

A renewal review starts with a few questions: who owns the account, what was agreed, and what still needs to happen? Connect Attio to your Cust Assistant to look up CRM context while you prepare your next customer conversation.

Attio is a personal Assistant connector. In chat, your Assistant can use the tools available from your connected Attio account to search records, add notes, and make updates. Choose which tools run directly, which need your approval, and which stay blocked.

What you get

CRM context as you work

Ask the Assistant to find the account details and notes you need before a renewal review or handover. Keep the discussion moving without switching between tools.

Follow-through from chat

Use Attio tools to record an agreed next step or update a CRM record while the context is fresh. Review proposed changes when a tool needs your approval.

Control over every tool

Set each tool to Always allow, Needs approval, or Blocked. Your personal connection uses your Attio access, and you can adjust its policies or disable it in Settings.

How it works

1

Choose Attio

When connectors are enabled for your workspace, open Settings → Connectors in Cust, choose Attio, and authorize your Attio account.

2

Review available tools

Open the connector to see the tools available to your account. Set permissions for individual tools or a whole group, including approval for changes you want to review.

3

Ask your Assistant

Start with an account you are working on. Ask for relevant Attio context, then turn the next step you agree into an update using your permitted tools.

See the step-by-step setup guide

Put your Attio context to work.

Prepare for the conversation, agree the next step, and keep Attio current with your Cust Assistant.
