Account-Named CSM

A CSM assigned 1:N to specific named accounts. The standard for high-ACV B2B SaaS.

Definition

In an account-named model, every customer above a certain ACV threshold has a specific CSM responsible for the relationship. Enables high-touch QBRs, executive engagement, and personalized adoption plans. Works well at high ACV (>$50K) where the cost of human attention is justified by retention/expansion upside.
