What this app does?

The Cust app connects to your Zoom account to automatically pull call transcripts and recordings metadata into Cust. This enables AI sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and customer risk signal detection from every customer conversation - without any manual effort from your team.

How to set it up?

Setting up the Zoom integration takes just a few clicks. On Cust navigate to Settings -> Integrations tab, find Zoom, and click Connect. You will be prompted to authorize Cust to access your Zoom account. Once authorized, Cust will begin syncing transcripts and meeting metadata automatically. No additional configuration is required - the integration works out of the box.

How to use the app?

Once connected, Cust automatically ingests transcripts from your Zoom meetings that are linked to customer accounts. Cust matches call transcripts with calendar events, analyzes for sentiment, key topics, risk signals, growth opportunities, or next steps. These insights appear directly on your customer profiles and feed into your customer health scores. Cust will generate recommended actions based on what was discussed - such as drafting a follow-up email, creating a QBR brief, or flagging an account for escalation.

How to get it?

The Zoom integration is available on all Cust plans. To get started, log in to your Cust account and visit the Integrations page at https://app.cust.co/settings/integrations/zoom to connect your Zoom workspace.
