Sync Conversations, Company, and Contacts from the Intercom to Cust
The Cust app enables data synchronization capabilities between Intercom and Cust.
No specific setup is needed after the app is installed. The sync starts automatically and will complete in a few minutes based on a number of companies and contacts in your workspace.
After the data sync is completed, you will be able to add contacts to a campaign from any Intercom segment.
To do that, select Intercom tab on Contact Source selector and choose the segment you want to add the contacts from.
Authorized Cust users can connect the Intercom integration using the Integrate tab.
